Day 62- Blurred Lights

Shutter Speed: 49 seconds, Aperture: F/11, ISO: 100 Hagi is full of bridges, strewn across town to let cars in and out. I thought a long exposure at night might create a cool effect- reflecting the lights in water and blurring the cars into sweeping beams of red and white.

Day 61- A Sleeper Train

Hagi is a little beach town surrounded by sleepy countryside. It’s sleepy nature seems to extend to the local trains on which no-one seems to be able to prop their eyes open. When I took this shot I was the only sole left awake, an easy candid photo capturing rural Japan fly past the window.
