Day 345 – Gion Corner

No trip to Kyoto is complete without a visit to Gion Corner, showcasing seven different kinds of traditional Japanese art. Below are a couple pictures I took on my visit. Unfortunately, I was a few rows back so some other audience members heads butt into a few of the shots.

I definitely recommend a trip to Gion Corner if you find yourself in Kyoto (and if you are visiting Japan you most definitely should). Besides the art show, Gion itself is an amazing place to stroll about – stomping the same dainty, antiquated streets as Geisha past and present.
