Not too far from my home town there is a safari park. Lions, tigers, bears, cheetahs, elephants, monkeys and more- all squished together into an intriguing nature pic’n’mix.
This is the first of a few pictures I took on the way round.
Day 227- 伏見稲荷大社
伏見稲荷大社 (Fushumi Inari) is one of my favourite things in Kyoto. An elaborate labyrinth of red tori gates winding their way up and up to a stunning vista across the city. Its a winner every time.
Day 226- a Japanese scene
A quintessentially Japanese scene, taken from the windy summit of this shrine.
