In the nearby town of Hofu, there is temple boasting a three tier Pagoda. Pagoda’s always make a beautiful picture, their distinctive shape immediately evoking Japan and the eastern religions. The light was perfect for a photo- the sun low in the sky, wrapping a gentle orange through the picture.

Day 120- Bamboo- Part 3
Looking back at photos from my trip to Kyoto I stumbled across another I like from a bamboo grove- already featured on Day 56. I like how the trees ark skywards, exploding in a beautiful canopy of green and yellow.
Day 119- Hiroshima Prison
Shutter Speed: 1/20 second, Aperture: F/20, ISO: 100 Hiroshima prison is an unlikely tourist attraction.
