Day 276 – drunk flying

Shutter Speed: 4 seconds, Aperture: F/2.0, ISO: 200

I took this after a photo shoot at a local pond, majestically blue and crystal clear. See the photos here.

I noticed a street lamp serving as a dramatic back light; mingling with a nearby tree and rendering it’s leaves a vivid emerald green. I swung my tripod round and opened the shutter for four seconds – capturing a fly drunkenly meandering its way home, or towards a light, or whatever it is a fly does.
