Dachsund’s are the most popular dog in Japan- I see them trotting about everywhere, usually in a dog coat or with a bow behind their ear. People in Japan find it funny we call them sausage dogs, and I suppose it is a little odd when you think about it. Being so popular, I thought I should take a picture. I found this little one on a sunset stroll, her paw lifted expectantly as she waits for her owner to emerge from a shop.
