Looking back over my photos of Hiroshima I stumbled across these additional ones, not included in part 1. I always try to look for a unique take on commonly photographed landmarks, something removed from the postcard image. On this occasion, I perched myself precariously on an embankment in the middle of the highway; framing the castle against oncoming traffic. I like that you can see into the cars- a lorry driver with a delivery, a taxi driver with a pick-up. City life with a beautiful backdrop.
