I took these pictures whilst wandering through a bamboo grove in Kyoto. It seemed a romantic setting- the wind fluttering through the trees, towering overhead in a beautiful green canopy. To complement the scene I thought it would be fitting to find a couple to photograph and spotted this pair, strolling along hand in hand. I like how their expressions change as they approach the camera and thought it might work well as a series of shots, a storyboard.
